By using RocketDrop you agree to these terms.

What RocketDrop does

RocketDrop provides comment to DM automation and link analytics for creators. It sends a direct message from your X account to people who reply to your posts with a keyword you choose, and it never messages anyone who hasn't replied to you first.

Your responsibilities

• Follow X's rules, including its automation and direct message policies.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Respect opt outs. RocketDrop stops messaging a fan who opts out, and you agree not to work around that.

Limits and availability

RocketDrop caps how many DMs it sends per account and per day, and X sets its own limits. DMs can be delayed or not sent when those limits are reached, when a fan's DMs are closed, or when X pauses your account. We don't guarantee delivery, clicks or subscribers.

Billing

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, campaigns keep running for 3 days and then pause until it goes through.

Credits

One credit covers one DM or one public reply, and is only used when it actually goes out. Plan credits refresh on the first of each month (UTC). Unused plan credits carry over for one month, up to one month's allowance. Top up packs last 12 months from purchase and are used after your plan credits. Credits have no cash value and only work while your plan is active.

Ending service

We may suspend accounts that use RocketDrop for spam or that put the service's standing with X at risk.
